The SMARD website now also has intraday forecasts instead of just day-ahead forecasts. You can view the intraday and day-ahead forecast data either separately or together for individual or combinations of renewable energy sources.

By combining the two forecasts for renewables with actual generation, you can see whether the forecasts proved to be correct or whether actual generation was different from what was forecast.

The day-ahead forecasts are produced by the transmission system operators by 6pm each day and published together with provisional figures for the following day. The intraday data are updated as and when necessary and at least once before 8am the next day.
