Update, 9 March, 2026: The technical problems that resulted in the wholesale prices for electricity not being displayed on SMARD have since been resolved. The data gaps have now been closed.

Original notification, 2 March, 2026: Electricity wholesale prices are currently not being displayed correctly on SMARD. There are data gaps in the time series in the “Market data visuals” section, in the overview on the start page and in the “Data download” section.

Data displayed on SMARD are obtained automatically from the European Network of Transmission Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E). There has been an interruption within the reporting chain, which means that some data are no longer available at ENTSO-E and in turn cannot currently be displayed on SMARD. The SMARD editorial team is in continual contact with ENTSO-E, but it is not yet clear when the data will be available again.
